Pierre Blais

Pierre brings expertise as a former full cycle recruiter and HR business partner for a nationwide, complex public sector organization, technology post secondary institution, and private search firm. He is experienced in human resources and offers a strategic lens on recruiting. He has a multinational network of engineering and technical professionals and specializes in sourcing hard-to-find candidates. Pierre is always available to provide guidance and support to start-up firms who may not have in-house human resources expertise. He is fluent in English and French, active in community sports & supporting local charities and a graduate in Economics from Concordia University.

Anne Williams


Anne is a consultant in strategic communications and issues management for health care, professional services and complex public sector organizations. Anne’s recruitment and team leadership experience spans more than 25 years and she is gifted with a strong ability to assess a candidate’s ‘fit’ with organizational culture and team dynamics. She earned an accreditation from the International Association of Business Communicators and has a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
